The blend primarily includes Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca grapes, contributing to its rich and fruity profile.

The wine undergoes aging for about four years before bottling, allowing it to develop a smooth, velvety texture balanced by firm tannins. This aging process ensures the wine is ready to drink upon release and does not require decanting.
